A 27 year old who was not happy with her sagging breasts after breast feeding 4 children and she wanted more breast volume. She had a preoperative measurement of 34-A and a postoperative measurement of 34-C. The implants used were silicone gel placed under the muscle. A peri-areolar mastopexy was performed. She is very happy with her results!
