A 33-year old with a preoperative measurement of 32-A and a postoperative measurement of 32-C. The implants used were 300 cc High Profile silicone gel implants, placed through the inframammary incision, under the chest wall muscle. The results are shown 1 year later. The patient is very happy with her results.
